An hour long private lesson offers tangible results that will benefit body and soul. A yoga practice is not about being perfect it is about being kind to yourself. With a private lesson it is all about your schedule, your goals and your needs. Lessons can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one off.

If you have always wanted to go to a yoga class but lack confidence, I can help you become familiar with some standard yoga postures, giving you confidence to join a class.
If you already attend a group class and have questions about postures and how to deepen them or indeed would like to become familiar with more challenging postures a private lesson is for you. You may also love the sense of calm and well being you get after a yoga class. I can help you create a home practice of 15-30 minutes a day so that you can create that feeling every day and be your own teacher.
Work at a desk? I can create a dedicated therapeutic practice for neck, shoulders and wrists that you can carry out daily. Consistency is discipline, and a little yoga every day can prevent aches and pains.
If you would like to modify postures while you are healing from injury or if a pose seems to be elusive for you I can assess your range of motion (ROM) to allow you to safely work towards the posture.
If you would like to share a yoga lesson with a friend this can be arranged.

Yoga Therapy for anxiety
Fully qualified by the Minded Institute in London, I offer yoga therapy for anxiety. A block of 6 lessons taught privately is £300.00. These therapy lessons include breath assessments and a highly individual programme. (See Yoga Therapy for Anxiety Page)

Build a home practice
This 6-week build a home practice course will ensure that you know the correct alignment and have the recommended props to have a sustainable and enjoyable home practice. At the end of the course you will be given print out programmes, and email guidance can be offered. A 6-week block costs £225.00 and includes the following props: Yoga Matters sticky yoga mat, 2 bricks and a yoga belt. Home practice sheets are also provided.
